Bunnies & bowls

Tabletop pick 'n' mix
for little bunnies

I grew up eating off Bunnykins. Mum kept all the pieces, so now Alice dines and drinks from the same china. Every now and again though, I like to throw a new rabbit into the mix - on a placemat, a tumbler, even a knife and fork. Last week, I found a shop which delivers on all fronts - uber cute children's store, Ashlee & Chris, at Kensington Park. Owner Catherine Kim has put together the most charming collection of Japanese-made Le Sucre, Weles and Shinzi Katoh tablewares. Black cats, bunnies, foxes, frogs, dogs and ducks are plated up in pastel hues on dinner sets, tea pots, bento boxes, bowls, chopsticks, coasters, mugs and more. It all makes for the most divine tabletop pick 'n' mix...
