Inspired by The Happy Mail Project,  I've started making little things to send to friends by snail mail. They must be small enough to fit in an envelope, pretty and preferably paper based. I also like the idea of them being something that can be sent on to friends of friends in the spirit of keeping snail mail alive. Today I made these paper straw and fabric gift tags, bunched them in threes and bundled them in cello bags with some gingham-backed card to keep them flat on their travels.
